Description:

The sun bear is 120-150 cm (47-60 in) long, making it the smallest member in the bear (Ursidae) family.

Habitat:

Found primarily in the tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia; Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Southern China, Peninsular Malaysia, and the islands of Sumatra and Borneo. This one was photographed in at the zoo in Canberra
