It is almost like rootbeer
I add lemon grass and mint leaves,ginger etc.
Will have to try Sassafras! Which taste does it resemble the most? Lemon grass,mint or ginger? or licorice?
Sassafras ,something new for me!
They are fun to find and of course make tea from!
I love sassafras trees!
