Description:

Can you help me identify these worms?

Notes:

I found them in my compost and they are def not red earthworms - I'm wondering if they are larvae of some sort???

I can't see them very well, but they remind me a bit of mealworms in which case they are some kind of beetle larva. Another possibility is some kind of maggot in which case they are larval flies.
