Tropidothorax cruciger
Order : Hemiptera Family : Lygaeidae

I take a guess that for this fellow there's no english name available Korea 2005
At all Alice was accurate... Her observation is great..!!
An Dangermouse.. Perfect hint..!!
Lol, I saw the name and the first thing I thought was 'bless you!' Now that's a name and a half! Well done on finding him, and a finding a great site for ID-ing bugs in Korea. Go, you! :)
Found him, Dangermouse, thanks!
And found a cool page for critters in Korea:

Guess it's my lucky day :P
@Dangermouse
Thanks! Will check
It is fun when you have good guides, but searching for bugs in Korea (and here in Kuwait) is like looking for a needle in a haystack ;-)
The only thing I've seen which is similar is part of the Lygaeus family. Don't know if that's any help or not. ID-ing bugs is so much fun!
@Ashish
Close, but not a total match either.
See the two black spots on top of my fellow?

@Alice
No problem, it's good to get an idea where to start looking :)
I'll start adding the country in the notes ;-)
@Saarbrigger
I don't even have my books, they are back 'home' since I thought I don't need them in Egypt (then Kuwait) :(
@Ashish
Will check, my Internet is not cooperative right now, hope it sorts itself out soon :(
Thanks!
It looks a bit like the yellow brother of "Corizus hyoscyami". I could not find it in my books. :-(
I'm sorry I forgot you were in Korea. It is not likely to be the same name there. This is a name for here in the States.
Thanks for the starting point, Alice!
Can't find one with these markings, but will keep looking!
