I think it's a "Cinnabar Polypore" (Pycnoporus cinnabarinus); http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pycnoporus_.... You find them quite often in Hungary.You may connect the spotting to the mission "Pannonian wildelife" I jsut created :-). It may fit perfectly.
