Hibiscus
Locally it is called a gumamela, but this is the first time I saw a double-flowered (?) hibiscus variety with a smaller flower growing above the bigger flower.

I think "double hibiscus" does suit the bloom Ashish ^_^
You can call it Double hibiscus..!!
