Yeah I think it is definitely a Blue Spotted Grouper. I think you cant see many spots due to the reflection of the water plus maybe the camera angle. But the front of him has a lot of vivid blue spots. :)

Thanks Sean. Was actually leaning to that but was thrown off with the lack of spots on the body. Maybe just the angle of the shot I guess :-)
