Notes:

I do not recall seeing these before, but we were way out in the forest. Is it a Texas or a Florida Spiny tail lizard? Or Fence Lizard?

See waist portion not matching to Texas...fingers are very different..!!

It looks like the Texas spiny lizard, Mitch had a picture of one, but I do not think these are normally in Florida. Or it may be a Florida Scrub Lizard, and I so not recall seeing these. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_spiny...
Of course it may be a subspecies?

It can be
Green Spiny Lizard or Malachite Swift (Sceloporus malachiticus)
