Turnip

Description:

All of my turnips are growing exceptionally well this year, despite failures of other crops and insect damage to their leaves.

Habitat:

Compact clay, no-till, leaf mold and newspaper mulch (previously a grassy area), sunny, interplanted, supplemented with compost tea.

Notes:

Do not export these crops, japanese beetles have been spotted in this area.
