Spotted on surface of small, slow running stream in rural SW Pennsylvania
I once saw one jump out of the water. I figured that would slow it down but they move just as quickly on dry land.
This is awesome! As they're almost impossible to catch! :)
If you look at him carefully ,he looks like a little raft with oars!
