Definitely an assassin bug, but not a wheel bug. Those are endemic to North and Central America and don't occur in India. This bug's not a juvenile either--it has wings. More than likely in the subfamily Peiratinae, but I can't tell anymore specific than that.

Also, it's great that you added it to the Eastern Assassin Bugs mission, but unfortunately, that mission is focused on assassin bugs found in Eastern North America.
