if it is the russula padosa, yes (The mushroom is edible and is a common good in Finnish markets.[1] Yet it may easily be mistaken for Russula emetica, which is poisonous.) but when you have no knowhow about mushrooms, you can really fast mistake the "edible" with your "last one" (poisonous). so be careful (because even i make mistakes)!!!
