Is that first shot the male on top of the female? It's amazing to see the distinctive red hourglass on such a different-colored spider than the black widow.

Monkey-mind, is exactly the red hourglass what characterizes Latrodectus sp. In your pictures does not exist, so, i'm not sure it's Latrodectus sp.
