Yeah, I believe it is the same "type" of plant, just that the fruit is not ripe yet, which is why the array of colors

It could be something in the coffee family at it shows an inferior ovary (in the fruit)

Surprising! It was in a botanical garden and I was told by a guide it was Coffee. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any photos with the leaves. I'll keep looking though as I have thousands of stored photos.

For sure is not Coffea arabica, Do you have a picture with the leafs.
I can even see a possible Rodriguezia sp (orchid in the upper branch)
