Cuban Brown Anole

Anolis sagrei

Description:

Black lizard, not native to Florida, a relative of the Cuban anole

Habitat:

He lives on the lower levels of infrastructure of the garden. (bushy areas) They love my Pipevine also.

Notes:

I spotted him from under the Tangerine tree sitting on the bottom protion of my bird bath.

Brown Anole. Such a funny animal. Too bad they're invasive. Sadly, they're extirpating the population of Carolina Anoles in southern Georgia :(
