Hybrid Tea Rose

Description:

This is a thorn-free, double white rose with light pink tinges. As the rose gets older, the flowers develop pink spots all over them as seen in the first image.

Habitat:

Full sun with regular watering in residential yard.

Notes:

The white powder is to get rid of the aphids.

The rose has now developed pink spots all over the flowers! I've replaced the first image with the spotted one in hopes of an ID.

I was unable to find the scientific name of Rosa Garden Party, but the description sounds correct with slightly pink edges and sometimes yellow areas.
