Spotted in a tropical northen part of India.
A lean, wasp, with a long tail. Looks bit strange with that tail. About an Inch in length.

I think this is a Braconidae

or maybe Ichneumonidae

If you don't know them pretty well you really need to see wing venation to tell them apart
