Achelura cf. bifasciata
A beautiful caterpillar. Dark yellow and black. Second picture shows another one which was probably trying to build its cocoon. Zygaenid Caterpillar
Spotted in a thick vegetation area at a height of 2300 mtr from mean sea level. Kodari, Tatopani in Nepal. Very close to Tibet(China) Border.
This is about an inch in length. Spotted two or three of them. One was trying to build its cocoon. The others were found quietly placed on the leaf.
Zygaenidae, Achelura sp. and looks like being Achelura cf. bifasciata.
