Definitely an Opiliones with the 2 fused body segments giving the appearance of a single segment. All other arachnids have 2 body parts, a cephalothorax and an abdomen. It's a great looking beast, and I wish I could help more with the ID.

WOW!! If you would have told me this was some sort of "Lobster" I would have believed you!! That is a very beautiful, and very strange spider, it looks as if the body is hard??!! It is gorgeous!!
