Agastache foeniculum
Anise hyssop isn't a true hyssop but is a relative as a member of the mint family (Lamiaceae). The tiny flowers attract bees and butterflies by the dozens, and humans enjoy the licorice scent of the foliage.
Anise Hyssop is native to the northern part of the U.S. and Canada.
