I also find it strange that its legs are not red like the Ampulex compressa..
Hi Võ Anh Tuấn --- this cant be Ampulex compressa ----- this wasp doesn't have red femurs. It's probably the (Metallic green Wasp - Chlorion aerarium) or at least (Metallic green wasp - Chlorion sp.)
