Brown insect with gray and tan markings. It appears to have a rough surface. The green at the end of the tail is most likely the green showing in between the wings.

Hi ChunXingWong, I think you're correct. I've submitted it to a site that agrees but has not yet been able to ID the species.
Looks like a Caddisfly to me.
