Nice find Alex and on Noah too! Yes, it's Encyclia brassavolae.
@Cesar S - Could you please add that information in your notes that you saw it at a Botanical Garden and in your other spottings, where it applies. Thanks a lot and I look forward to more spottings.

Costa Rica's rainforest... this pic was shooted in Lankester Botanical Garden...
Another nice orchid. I'm not sure what it is though, my best guess is Encyclia but really not sure. Where are you seeing these orchids?
