Hi fellow Mainer... I work at Allied Whale and during the winter a lot of these youngsters are seen. I think this is a male.

Looking forward to seeing them!
Starting missions can take some time. See "How do I add a mission?" on the FAQ page.

Thank you, I have a zillion more photos I have taken over the last few years and I can see it will take some time but I am thoroughly enjoying this site and will be sharing it will many as soon as I get it all figured out and start a few Chebeague Island Missions as well.

Perfect! I see you noticed the Birds of the World Mission as well. It is very well suited to some of your other spottings.

I will try to find it now and add it to it. At the time we did contact and heard back from the Maine State Department of Marine Resources.

Welcome to Project Noah! This is a wonderful spotting! Please consider adding it to the Marine Mammals of the World mission. If you have any questions on how to join a mission or how to add this spotting to the mission, please let me know. If you add another comment to this spotting, I will see it.
