Yes Ingrid3, Linckia multifora is able to shed one arm that can grow into a new individual. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linckia_mu...
I believe at least on species from this genus is known to reproduce by fragmentation - dropping an arm! nature is very inventive
