The bee is definitely a bumble bee, either Bombus terrestris or Bombus lucorum. Either way, Bombus sp. will cover it. :)

okay, i also got a little bit confused, it looks doesn't like too much Allium giganteum now. really have no idea what is that.>_<

Allium giganteum are you sure? They flower in the spring and do not have leaves anywhere near the flowers like in your photo. Also their leaves are large and thornless.

The flower is Allium giganteum, you are right, i just wanted to take a photo of the bee, but finally i found i love the whole picture:-b

I understand the focus of this spotting might be the insect, which looks kind of like a carpenter bee, but the flower very prominent as well. It is an Echinops, might not be E. ritro.
