Remembers me of Micrathena raimondi, but I am not 100% sure. Your perspective is tricky to compare with the Raimondi I found:

Its spines and spinnerets make me think it's some kind of Micrathena, but I am not familiar with spiders in your region so I can't say for sure. They're generally known as Spined Orbweavers, which matches the comment above. Whatever it is, it's beautiful!
