Hairy Octopus

Description:

I think this is a Hairy Octopus, about 4 inches long. I'm not really sure, though. Can someone help identify this?

Habitat:

Found it amidst sand and rubble at Toros Point (Secret Bay) in Anilao, Batangas, Philippines. SIghting was at about 20-25 feet.

This is not a Hairy Octopus, but likely an Algae Octopus.
Hairy Octopus are much smaller in size like Blue Ringed Octopus or smaller.
