Ok, it is definately a cultivar of Epidendrum radicans, that is the closest I can get ....... as for the fly, you're on your own for that.

oops, i mean Epidendrum ....... looks like it could be a variety of E. radicans. did you get a picture of the plant at all????
well it is definately an Epimedium, the problem is that there are lots of epimediums, I will keep looking to see if i can find the exact. do you mind if i save this picture for ref.?

the orchids look like Epidendrum or possibly a laelia hybrid. Let me look into it a bit.
