I used Adobe Photoshop CS3. My favorite free program is Zoner Photo Studio 13. I took a RAW and large JPEG photo of the image (which was already cropped above), so I was able to get more detail in the photo. It was just a tough shot to take because it was a very bright day and the cat was hiding under the ledge.
It looks good. I have an Irfanview program that I use that is free, but it looks like you have a program too.
