Fulvous Forest Skimmer (Female)

@ CherreyMaePanchoBartolata and Atul, the transparency of the wings of my spotting doesn't seem to extend all the way to their tips (a significant portion of the wing tips are pigmented) as shown in the pics of ur suggested dragonflies.
Can you please explain ??? ;)

most of the times
in some species like the ruddy marsh skimmer the male is red and the female is golden yellow ,the male is generally brightly colored as in this case.
