Spotting

Notes:

This is a web of a ground spider, the web is on the ground and on the top of grass blades, the funnel like opening in the centre is how the spider comes and goes , the spider basically hides in the undergrowth of grass, and dead /decaying leaves and comes up whenever there is an insect trapped in the web, unfortunately I could not get a picture of the spider on this trip but hoping to go back some time soon, this was taken early morning hence the abundance of dew....maybe that's why the spider did not come out !!!

Great capture! I've moved this to arthropods for you. Signs of wildlife are categorized by the species that created them.
