Joshua Tree

Yucca brevifolia

Description:

Tall like a tree, with green leaves that look like a cactus.

Habitat:

A desert that is not and dry and dusty as I would have figured. There were quite a few small bushes around, and a lot of these trees in patches around the park. Southern California near the Inland Empire.
