Thank You for your help KarenL. The rabbits do look like thier old enough. I'll go release the rabbits back into the field were I found them. Thank you again for your help.
Wildlife rehabilitator in San Antonio http://www.wildlife-rescue.org/ However, if they are as large as a tennis ball, you can release them. I got the following info from our local animal rehab website - If you find a small rabbit hopping around that appears to be too young to be on its own, remember: if it is as big as a tennis ball and can run away from you it does not need your help.
Seems late in the year for such young rabbits. They do look like they are about the size of a tennis ball - if they are, they are of the age when they will have left the nest & will be able to survive on their own. If not, my advice would be to search for a licensed wildlife rehabilitator in your area as this would be their best chance for survival.

The rabbits were released about a week ago and are now doing great in the wild. Thanks KarenL for all your help.
