A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
Here you are able to see a completely green landscape. The grass looks very healthy and is surrounding a small pond. Also surrounding the pond are trees.
This picture is taken in a public park in Spring Lake, New Jersey right before a rainstorm.
Living in the city, it isn't common for me to come across a place like this so it's really nice to be able to experience a landscape that really is completely covered in nature and is also really healthy looking- from the grass, to the pond, to the trees.

Hello emily1336. Your spotting indeed presents an idyllic view. Since spottings are meant to showcase a species rather than a landscape, I have moved your spotting to the "plants" category assuming you'd select the largest trees as your species since they are so prominent. The category "other" is for such things as snails, starfish, worms and other invertebrates that don't fit in the other categories of organism. There is no category for landscapes but they can give us the habitat of the species featured in our spotting. All the best!
