Red Maple

Acer rubrum

Description:

This is off of a tree in my local neighborhood woods, later on in the fall, these leaves should change to a type of red color and it will look really pretty. This tree is the most abundant tree on the eastern side of North America

Habitat:

Eastern and Central North America,

Notes:

Both of the leaves from the trees I found I took the leaves home to examine them and see what type of tree it was via my leaf book.
