Anna,yes it's a blacknightshade.Karen,yes:-) it's a close relative of the north america species,thanks to both for the elp,i put the link of this species(but i dont know if i did weel the copy from wikipedia)lets save and see:-)

Looks like a horse nettle http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solanum_car... This is a north american species so it is probably a close relative.

ok,Anna thanks ,i have another spot of a plant whith black-purple berrys,that some one(dont remenber now:)id like a nigthshade to,but we dont know wich variety is and iám going to researche to see and then i make de id changes,until that i let the spot us unknow to see if someone id him

I think this is in the nightshade family (Solanaceae)
