A worldwide community photographing and learning about wildlife
This is one of the largest Cicadas, and quite common in these places. Wing length: 70 mm. Its body has a bluish sheen, and ends in a bullet-like tapering.
Spotted on the wall of a farm house, surounded by a large mixed forest. Warm place.
This Cicada had visited my CFL light and sheet put up at the night.
