Mary River Turtle

Description:

An endangered short neck turtle that resides in the Mary River. Can attain a carapace length of up to 480mm. Being a male, when this turtle is fully grown his tail will be about two thirds the length of his carapace.

Habitat:

Prefer deeper waters.
