Cuban Brown Anole

Anolis sagrei

Description:

Small, light brown lizard with a thick, white stripe down it's back, bordered by a thin, black stripe to either side. All of the anoles I have run into are very skittish, quick and like to jump as oft as they run.

Habitat:

A woodpile on the edge of a lush yard near Lake Killarney in central Florida. The trees are tall, bushes thick and plants well-watered. It's a very friendly place for flora and fauna.
