Looks like a cocoon,found in a bush where some tortoise beetles where around.

Let's see what other people mean.
When i found this ,had about 4 Tortoise beetle's inside the same bush,also had a couple mating.
Tortoise Beetle looks indeed not so bad. Could it be the exosceleton of the larva??? Not so sure about it...
