That patch on top looks like a bizarre universal veil. Any idea what color spore print it gives? If white, and if it has some sort of veil remnant at the base I'd consider Amanita sp. Looking at the stem on the stem, it almost looks like there might be some black spore trace; in that case I'd consider a Coprinus sp.
