Kentish Plover is correct. They are found in the UAE, but there is a lot of confusion regarding that on Wikipedia.

I agree with Leuba that this looks like a Kentish plover. The Kentish plover is actually found in the UAE. See the following map from EOL as well as the second link:

I will upload a few more pics of this bird. Its a beautiful and restless plover picking on leftovers at the beach.

Going though the link, I guess you've ID it correct and it shouldn't be anywhere near this part of this world

InsanelyPositive, You might have something interesting here! This bird might be a Kentish Plover -(Charadrius alexandrinus). What's it doing in the Arabian Peninsula ?? - please see reference
