This yellow flower looked interesting, growing among rocks. There weren't very many so I didn't dissect one to ID them though I'd guess the Asteraceae family at a glance.

Thanks Nell, I was disappointed that none of my photos of this flower turned out as sharp as I'd like. Oh well, I'm still learning this photography business.
