A large auk of the northern Atlantic Ocean, the Razorbill can be found offshore in winter as far south as New Jersey, and occasionally Virginia.
After viewing the linked page, I concur, the adult non-breeding form. Many thanks because frankly I never knew of the Razorbill before. This is great!
