The Orange and Scarlet Minivets were split into two separate species in 2005, with Orange Minivet pertaining the name Pericrocotus flammeus and Scarlet Minivet attaining the name Pericrocotus speciosus. Based on coloration, I would call your bird an Orange Minivet.
