millipede

Spirobolus

Description:

Brownish millipede about 4 inches long.

Habitat:

Millipedes are common in the Philippines. They are found in gardens where there are decaying organic materials present (decaying wood, rotting plant, etc.) or in dark and damp areas in a house.

Notes:

I found this millipede actively out in broad daylight.
