Also known as the Polka dot wasp moth, the Uncle Sam moth and has probably been cussed a few time also as the caterpillars can defoliate an Oleander in no time! This is a great photo!

Also known as Oleander Moth (makes sense) since caterpillars feed on Oleander. It looks like yours is probably depositing some eggs here.
