Good eye on finding this one! If you have any closer photos, I may be able to give you a more defined identification, but as it is I can only venture a guess. Since it looks like it is roosted on the side of a building (parking garage?), and the forearms look a lighter color than the pelage, I will suggest a tri-colored bat (Perimyotis subflavus). Not that it couldn't happen, its just that this is typically the time of reduced activity for bats.
