Thanks, I did spot them while they were apparently mating. Not very bird savvy myself and thought (from Internet) they were osprey.

Great spotting they are 2 adult Red-Shouldered Hawks. Likely getting ready for the upcoming nesting season

Hi...great spotting...these are not osprey though...they are a small buteo...I'm not familiar with eastern species, but could be broad-winged hawk or red-shouldered hawk...??
